We will repair your original tape and return it to you with a new copy on VHS or DVD (Choose below)  Further  VHS or DVD copies are also available,  just add £10 per copy.  For a new camcorder copy add £15 per tape (i.e. a new MiniDV copy would be £40 in total) How  many total copies should we produce for you and in what video formats? Please indicate below.

You (the customer) also confirm that you are the legal owner of the video tape contents and agrees to protect and indemnify ontodvd.com (or it's assignees) from any costs related to copyright infringement.
